As part of the Hogan Lovells Financial Services Disputes team in London, Susanne Buergi's practice focuses on financial services disputes, investigations and contentious regulatory matters. Susanne's practice also includes competition litigation where she was involved in two of the most significant UK competition litigation cases, the gas insulated switchgear damages claims and the air cargo damages claims. Susanne acts for domestic and international clients, including banks and multinational companies, and frequently advises on matters with an international element and cross-border issues.
Susanne's experience includes advising clients on a wide range of disputes, including High Court litigation, regulatory investigations and other commercial disputes. She has also undertaken a nine-month secondment to the litigation team of a leading UK bank.
