David Brzozowski provides clear and concise answers to clients' intellectual property obstacles. David has experience in handling patent and trade secret matters before district courts and the International Trade Commission, and also has experience in design patent prosecution.
David's valuable skills in understanding and meeting the needs of his clients stem from his strong educational background. He graduated summa cum laude from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law with a law degree and also graduated summa cum laude from the University of Connecticut with a degree in political science. David participated in his law school's clinic program, served as a vice-chancellor for his school's moot court association (MCA), and served as an editor for the Catholic University Law Review, where he had an article published.
Prior to law school, David interned on Capitol Hill for a member of Congress, worked in the intellectual property group of a law firm in Washington, D.C., and served as an in-house corporate litigation and intellectual property paralegal for an American mass media and entertainment company.
