Caroline Brown's practice focuses on complex domestic and cross-border corporate transactions and general business law. She rejoined Hogan Lovells after working at the firm as a summer associate in 2017.

While in law school, Caroline was a Contributing Editor for the Michigan Law Review and served on the board of the Native American Law Student Association. Additionally, she worked as a legal intern in the Business and Securities Fraud Section of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York and participated in the International & European Tax Moot Court competition in Leuven, Belgium during her time in law school.

Prior to law school, Caroline gained exposure to a wide variety of policy issues through her role as a program specialist to the Under Secretary of Transportation for Policy at the U.S. Department of Transportation. She also developed a strong understanding of business development through her work as a membership and development coordinator at the Intelligent Transportation Society of America.
