Brittany Brewer's robust experience in the structuring of real estate investment trusts is greatly beneficial to clients, particularly when representing them in connection with public and private securities offerings, acquisition transactions, mergers, and SEC compliance matters. Brittany represents and advises public and private companies on corporate and securities matters, including equity and debt offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

Brittany graduated from Harvard Law School in 2012. While in law school, Brittany was the Executive Editor of the Harvard Law and Policy Review, a research assistant, and a teaching assistant for several law school professors. During the year after law school, Brittany participated in a research fellowship through which she investigated the impact of globalization and liberalization on Indian corporate law firms, as well as the changing structural characteristics of Indian corporate law firms.
