Andrew Brandes

Andrew Brandes helps his corporate clients in all aspects of transactional matters. As a Colorado native and former state and city of Denver intern, he goes the extra step to connect his clients with local industry resources and seeks to facilitate the continued growth of Colorado businesses. Andrew's corporate and commercial practice focuses on a range of issues including mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, and private equity.

While at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Andrew worked as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Colorado and the Denver City Attorney's Office. He also served as the senior articles editor for the Denver Law Review and prepared for his transactional practice by earning a certificate of specialization from the Corporate and Commercial Law Program. In 2017, Andrew was nominated to the Denver Sturm College of Law Alumni Council.
