Sarah Branch focuses her practice on corporate transactional matters. She began her career at Hogan Lovells as a summer associate in 2018.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Sarah worked at an economic consulting firm, where she assisted in statistic modeling in corporate legal controversies. Her time there, as well as previous experiences working at multinational corporations and small start-ups in New York, heavily influenced her decision to pursue a career as a corporate attorney, and she brings this experience to her work as a corporate associate.
Sarah graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a legal writing fellow and a student editor of the ABA-sponsored journal The Tax Lawyer. As a law student, she was a law clerk at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and she externed at the Administrative Conference of the United States.
She attended New York University for her undergraduate studies as a Presidential Honors Scholar and graduated magna cum laude with dual degrees in Economics and Psychology.
