Practice Group

As an associate in our International Arbitration Group, Robert Bradshaw focuses his practice on commercial and investment treaty arbitration. Before joining our Paris team, Robert spent two years as a trainee in the firm's London office, where he gained experience of litigation, arbitration and various forms of ADR (including expert determination and adjudication).

Robert has acted for a range of clients across industry sectors as diverse as oil and gas, renewable energy, construction and media.  In 2015-16, he spent six months on secondment to a major automobile company.

Representative experience

Representing a media group in ICC arbitration proceedings in relation to breaches of several agreements in connection with their business in the Middle East.

Representing a European oil and gas production company in a high stakes ICC arbitration in relation to a price review of a long term gas contract.

Acting for the main contractor in English High Court litigation against the main subcontractor responsible for the fabrication of wind turbine foundations.

Representing an offshore oil platform operator in an expert determination arising out of a shutdown at an offshore facility.
