Boris Urquizu is an Associate lawyer in our Insurance and Reinsurance practice in Madrid. He focuses in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and other regulatory and contractual matters, advising both domestic and international insurance companies.
In particular, his support includes acquisitions, bancassurance alliances, joint ventures, portfolio transfers or distribution and agency agreements.
Likewise, Boris advises his clients in the establishment of all kind of corporate vehicles for foreign enterprises to carry out their business within the Spanish market.
Boris holds a Law Degree from the University of Zaragoza, a Dual LL.M of corporate law from IE Law School and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.

Advising one of the largest insurance brokers in Europe to acquire several groups of companies in Spain.
