Amma Boakye is an associate in the Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory team. She has broad industry experience and provides support to in-house and business teams on a variety of commercial agreements, including both day to day and strategic contracting arrangements.

Amma has a particular focus on the TMT, consumer and automotive sectors and regularly provides practical and solution-oriented advice on the commercial aspects of both domestic and cross-border projects, often in the context of wider corporate transactions.

During her career at the firm, Amma has completed secondments at Exxon Mobil and Merck Sharp & Dohme Limited during which she advised on a number of key strategic contracting arrangements, including advising on procurement agreements, licensing agreements and agreements relating to the supply and distribution of goods and services.

Amma is also involved in a number of pro bono and voluntary initiatives, particularly those relating to widening access across the legal industry. She currently sits on the steering committee for the firm's Black and Minority Ethnic (BAME) network and is an active member of the Multicultural Network and Africa Practice.
