The prestigious panel of speakers included Andrew Neil, broadcaster, former editor of the Sunday Times and Economist and previous Chairman of Sky; Richard Reed, the dynamic entrepreneur and co-founder of Innocent; Cushman & Wakefield EMEA CEO Carlo Sant’Albano; and Nicholas Cheffings, our global Chair.  Adapting to change, strong leadership, clear accountability and the importance of people within organisations were some of the key themes discussed.
