Pauline Le BoussePauline Le Bousse focuses on regulatory, radio spectrum management, commercial, and competition law applicable to telecommunications, new media, and space activities. Pauline has worked on several projects for EU telecoms and audiovisual regulators on market analysis, spectrum management, and on the evolution of regulatory structures to respond to the changing face of the TMT sector. She advises the Belgium telecom and audiovisual regulators on broadband and broadcasting markets analyses.

Pauline participated in the preparation of a study for the Belgium Institute for Telecommunications and Post (BIPT) entitled "Future Regulation of Wireless Access in the 790MHz-3400MHz Spectrum Bands," published on the BIPT website. She also provides assistance to BIPT on the rules and processes for the award of frequencies in the 2.1GHz and 2.6 GHz bands. Pauline participated in the preparation of a report for the French telecoms regulator, the Autorité de Régulation des Communications Electroniques et des Postes (ARCEP), on the optimum framework for releasing new spectrum known as the “digital dividend.”

Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson, Pauline worked for two years at the UK Civil Aviation Authority. Previously, she conducted several internships, including at the European Commission, the French Ministry for Research, and a major European satellite operator.
