Anthony Biondo

Anthony Biondo uses his degree in computer science and experience as a programmer and high-performance-computing systems administrator to provide insight on complex intellectual property (IP) matters involving cutting-edge technology. Anthony focuses on assisting clients in high-tech patent litigation, including cases involving computer systems, software, electronics, and telecommunications systems.

Anthony supplements his technical ability with strong legal skills. In law school, he graduated cum laude and won the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in both Patent Law and Copyright Law at commencement. He served on the St. John's Law Review, which published his student note on employer-monitored email and attorney-client privilege. He also served as a judicial intern for a federal district judge in the Eastern District of New York.
