Stephanie Biggs provides effective legal analysis and creative advocacy for her clients in response to a variety of environmental and energy laws.
Stephanie helps clients navigate the regulatory landscape of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and state environmental agencies. She has advised both large- and small-scale companies on compliance with the Clean Water Act; Toxic Substances Control Act; Clean Air Act; and Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, among others. She has also participated in several settlement negotiations with the EPA pursuant to these statutes.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Stephanie clerked for the Honorable Thomas A. Varlan, Chief United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee, and the Honorable Pamela L. Reeves, Chief United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee. While studying at Vanderbilt University Law School, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Environmental Law Policy Annual Review.
