Warren G. Bianchi

Warren Bianchi advises clients on both civil and criminal aspects of government investigations and enforcement actions. He has worked closely with companies and individuals in connection with Congressional inquiries as well as investigations and complex litigation involving the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulatory bodies.

Warren is involved at all stages of these sensitive matters, from the discovery of internal misconduct to post-settlement compliance. In guiding clients to a comprehensive resolution, Warren frequently manages the demands of cross-border and parallel proceedings.

During law school, Warren worked at the Department of Justice's Criminal Division and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He also served as an articles editor for the Public Contract Law Journal and as president of the Military Law Society. Warren was awarded the Robert E. Thibault and Richard B. Schenck Award for Service to the Military.

In addition to his practice at Hogan Lovells, Warren currently serves as a First Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve, Judge Advocate General's Corps.
