Ignacio D. Bermúdez Elizondo counsels national and international companies on labor, employment, and social security matters, specifically regarding employment and social security regulations.

An associate in our top-ranked Employment practice, Ignacio offers clients preventive consultations and represents companies in labor trials and in negotiations with employees from the Monterrey office of Hogan Lovells BSTL.

Ignacio began his practice at the firm as a law clerk in 2013. He has participated in employment substitution proceedings of his clients' employees, auditing labor trials (where clients are being represented by other lawyers), and in the negotiation, settlement, and termination of employees during massive terminations. He has also helped corporations negotiate and settle labor trials and draft employment agreements and employment termination agreements. He has represented companies in proceedings held before the Mexican Institute of Social Security and the Labor Court.
