Benjamin M. Kram
Benjamin M. Kram helps clients navigate litigation and arbitration matters in a wide range of industries, with a focus on healthcare, employment, and media and entertainment.
Benjamin laid the groundwork for a career as a litigator while in college. He started as a law clerk at a leading entertainment litigation firm in Los Angeles, and later returned as a summer associate while in law school. As a summer associate, he gained real-world experience advising clients on both the legal and business aspects of high-profile disputes.
While at Fordham University School of Law, Benjamin developed his creative approach to problem-solving as a competition member of Fordham's Dispute Resolution Society Negotiation Team. He and a fellow student won third place in the ABA Regional Negotiation Competition in New York. During his second year of law school, Benjamin served as judicial extern to the Honorable Sherry K. Heitler of the New York State Supreme Court.
