Benjamin B. Jacobs advises clients on corporate and commercial matters across a variety of technology-focused sectors, including aerospace, transportation, telecom, and pharmaceutical development.

Ben has a longstanding interest in law and technology. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, he counseled the Federal Aviation Administration on regulatory matters related to advanced aircraft, commercial space systems, and unmanned aircraft systems.

Before that, Ben held a number of positions as an honors attorney within the U.S. Department of Transportation, including with the Federal Railroad Administration and the department's Office of the General Counsel. While in the federal government and law school, Ben authored several articles on aviation and space law.
