Benjamin B. Jacobs

Benjamin B. Jacobs advises clients on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on technology. Formerly an attorney with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Ben also advises clients on regulatory matters related to aviation, including unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).

Ben has a longstanding interest in law and technology. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Ben counseled the FAA on regulatory matters related to advanced aircraft, commercial space systems, and UAS. Before that, Ben was an honors attorney at the U.S. Department of Transportation. While in the federal government and law school, Ben authored several articles on aviation and space law.
