Ben Levy

Ben Levy

A good communicator, Ben's working knowledge of French and Spanish helps him to build and maintain relationships with both overseas colleagues and clients in an increasingly Europe-focused patents regime. Ben is an associate focusing on patent litigation and acts for clients in a variety of industries, including the electronics and pharmaceutical sectors. Major patent disputes often involve international clients litigating in several jurisdictions, and this is undoubtedly the case in Ben's practice.

Aside from patents, Ben has advised on brand protection, broadcasting rights and copyright. Ben trained at Hogan Lovells and spent six months in the firm's New York office. He is a solicitor-advocate with higher rights of audience in the English Courts and is studying for the Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law.
