The infrastructure and energy sector is not only about infrastructure and energy law but also requires advice in corporate law. Whether it is with regards to mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures or to international clients who start doing business in Germany, David Becker offers legal advice to clients. With both a strong international background as well as extensive knowledge in corporate law he understands the needs of his clients and can find the most suitable solutions for them.

Besides his legal capabilities, David has a broad understanding of economic correlations as he is also an entrepreneur in the IT sector. David graduated law in Mainz and completed his legal traineeship with stages in Mainz, Speyer and Frankfurt. During this time, he worked, inter alia, for an insolvency administrator and started his career at Hogan Lovells. After his legal traineeship, David moved to London where he achieved his LL.M. degree with merit from King's College London in international insolvency and corporate law.
