Alejandra Becerril focuses her practice on employment litigation before local and federal labor boards in Mexico (including individual and collective matters).

She also helps clients handle matters related to corporate restructuring, confidentiality agreements, employment law audits, massive redundancies, employee investigations, negotiation and termination of collective bargaining agreements, the substitution of employers, and social security matters. Throughout her career, Alejandra has assisted clients in many industries, including food and beverages, mining, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, insurance, automotive, and aviation. This diverse experience lets her provide practical and creative advice to help clients overcome the challenges in today's new world, which is constantly changing.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Alejandra worked as a law clerk at a prestigious international firm. She obtained her law degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. To better understand and respond to the current needs of the business world, she studied for a Master of Business Administration at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, then rejoined Hogan Lovells in March 2020.

Defend nonprofit organizations in labor litigation matters.
