Brandon Barnes Trickett

Brandon Barnes Trickett is a Senior Associate in the financial services disputes group in London. As an experienced advisor and advocate, he works with banks and institutional investors to manage risks and resolve disputes. His practice focuses on investigations, regulatory enforcement, corruption avoidance, and complex commercial litigation in the financial services industry. He aims to help clients overcome the challenges of multi-jurisdictional litigation and regulation quickly and with integrity.

He has particular knowledge of the probity and transparency obligations inherent to the global financial services sector. As such, in addition to conducting internal and regulatory investigations, Brandon advises lenders and investors on anti-corruption measures, sanctions, and corporate ethics. He has international investigative experience, and has practiced at leading law firms in Canada and the United Kingdom.
