In his everyday work Mariusz focuses on advising municipalities and banks on large infrastructure projects, including airports, stadiums and public transport. He understands that big projects require not only a vast spectrum of multidimensional legal analysis but also reliable financial solutions that make things work. Mariusz always tries to get a full picture of a transaction to make sure the clients receive a high quality advice that fulfils their needs.
In addition to assisting in infrastructure projects, Mariusz is also involved in litigation. He advises and represents clients pursuing their rights to compensation for damages resulting from expropriation.Mariusz has been working in Hogan Lovells since 2012. He has also worked in State Treasury Solicitors’ Office, Regional Court in Wolomin and one of the biggest international-based entrepreneurs in Poland in the field of infrastructure investments.
