As an associate in our New York office, Vivian Ban appreciates the diverse needs of her clients and helps companies with a broad range of business restructuring, insolvency, and financial matters. Vivian has experience representing debtors, creditors' committees, and investors in corporate restructurings. She also works with financial institutions and individual companies in complex business transactions.
Vivian began her legal career as a law clerk for a firm specializing in corporate litigation and alternative dispute resolution. During law school, Vivian gained practical experience in transactional and insolvency matters while working for a pro bono clinic at Harvard Law School.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Vivian worked at another international law firm, where she represented corporations, creditors' committees, and business investors, particularly in the energy and technology industries.
