Liz Baker's practice focuses on corporate, securities, and general business law. Her clients include large corporations engaged in complex mergers and acquisitions as well as entrepreneurs navigating the challenges of obtaining funding and growing their business.

Before law school, Liz worked as a tax associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she provided tax services to a variety of clients with specialization in partnerships, corporations, real estate, venture capital, and international tax. Her background as a Certified Public Accountant gives her a unique perspective on complex issues related to corporate and strategic transactions, business structuring, and corporate governance.

While in law school, Liz received the award for Best Oral Argument in her Written and Oral Advocacy class and earned Berkeley Law's J.D. Business Law Certificate. During the summer after her first year of law school, Liz worked as a judicial extern at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in the Pro Se Department.
