With sharp technical know-how and the ability to serve clients in English and Spanish, Marie handles commercial litigation and complex international arbitration disputes. She is passionate about telling the client's story, guiding them through the dispute from beginning to resolution.

After obtaining her J.D., Marie earned an LL.M. from the University of Nottingham in the UK.

Representative experience

Representing a global technology company in an over US$4bn ICC arbitration arising out of a services agreement with a telecoms company for IT-related services.

Representing a construction and engineering company in a US$150m arbitration stemming from a dispute involving the acquisition of a Canadian construction company.

Authored successful petition for writ of certiorari that laid the groundwork for a precedent-setting 3rd District Court of Appeals opinion and led to the recognition of client's paternity rights in a family law matter.*
