Oscar Arias

In the digital age, protecting and enforcing your intellectual rights presents new challenges. Oscar Arias helps companies register and protect their trademarks, patents, and utility models. With seven years of experience in administrative and public law litigation, he counsels companies on all sorts of intellectual property matters.

Oscar received his law degree from Universidad La Salle in 2011 and completed postgraduate studies in tax law. He is working toward obtaining a master's degree in Human Rights from Instituto Tecnológico de México.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, he was an intellectual property practitioner focusing on litigation and criminal issues.
