“Antonio Di Pasquale offers decades of expertise in the corporate and M&A sphere, with special knowledge garnered in the energy, infrastructure and luxury goods sectors.”
Chambers Europe, 2019
In his more than 30 years Antonio Di Pasquale has advised Italian and international clients in a significant number of M&A and corporate transactions, both private and public (including IPOs and Mandatory Tender Offers). He also has a very strong experience in corporate litigation, arbitration and M&A transactions in contexts of financial distress. Energy and infrastructures are the industries where he has acquired a very strong experience. In addition, he has about 25 years of experience in advising clients in the Fashion and Luxury Good sector.
Complexity is Antonio's real area of proficiency. Whenever a transaction requires different, complex legal and financial issues to be addressed, Antonio's deep knowledge of the law combined with his over 30 year of experience in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters, always allow him to identify practical, sensible, balanced and, if necessary, creative solutions for the clients. He also has developed a solid knowledge of environmental laws, which is often crucial in energy transactions. He has a master degree in accounting and management control, which allows him to understand and address complex financial and business issues involved in M&A deals.
