Antionette Bishop leverages her business experience in the financial industry to provide clients with a practical and business-focused approach to achieve their strategic objectives. She applies her experience analyzing and interpreting market data for mergers and acquisitions transactions across various industries to her broad-based corporate practice. She has represented both public and private companies, from start-ups to large multinational companies, in all facets of corporate and commercial transactions.

Antionette's background as an associate in the New York office of an Am Law 200 firm – where she primarily advised start-up, emerging-growth, and middle-market clients on mergers and acquisitions, finance, licensing, and general corporate matters – honed her skills that benefit her practice today.

While in school at William & Mary School of Law, Antionette was selected as a national finalist and scholarship recipient of the GRAMMY Foundation's Entertainment Law Initiative. In addition to her law degree, Antionette obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary, which she utilizes in her everyday practice to understand and effectively address her clients' legal and business needs.

Represented Chinese private equity group in potential acquisition of a major international film and television company.

Represented American Homes 4 Rent in its acquiring American Residential Properties, Inc., forming the world's largest publicly traded owner and operator of single-family rentals.

Represented Meggitt PLC in its acquisition of the advanced composites division of EDAC Technologies Corp.

Represented Meggitt PLC in its acquisition of the advanced composites business of Cobham PLC.

Represented the owners and promoters of a premiere music festival and other live music events in connection with the sale of their equity interests.*

Represented private equity fund in connection with domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, and leveraged buyout transactions.*

Represented one of the largest independent banks in the New England region in connection with senior credit facilities.*

Represented emerging and growth stage companies in connection with equity financings.*
