Annalisa is a counsel in the Debt Capital Markets department at the Rome office of Hogan Lovells.

Annalisa's practice focuses on debt capital markets and structured products transactions and she regularly advises Italian and international banks, financial institutions and companies on the structuring of a large number of transactions which span from the issue of plain vanilla bonds to more structured finance products and products for retail customers. Annalisa's experience includes establishment and updates of financial instrument issuance programmes (including EMTN programmes) and stand-alone issues, even on the Italian retail market, as well as the related management of relationships with Italian and European supervisory authorities and stock exchanges.

Before joining Hogan Lovells in January 2016, Annalisa worked for 12 years in the capital markets departments of Simmons & Simmons and Clifford Chance.

Advising Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena on the update of the €50bn Debt Issuance Programme and the issue of the €300m Tier 2 notes due 23 July 2029.

Advising Ferrovie dello Stato S.p.A. on the update of the €7bn EMTN Programme and the issue of the €700m Green Bonds due 2026.

Advising Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena on the issue of the €500m. Senior Preferred Notes due 10 July 2022.

Advising Cassa depositi e prestiti Sp.A. on a domestic retail public offer, issue, and listing of a fixed-to-floating rate bond with a nominal value of €1.5bn.

Advising Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A. on the issue of the "Social Bond" for a nominal amount of €750m.

Advising Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A. on the issue of the first Italian "Sustainability Bond" for a nominal amount of €500m.

Advising Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A. in relation to the update of its Multi-Currency Commercial Paper Programme (for a maximum amount of €3bn).

Advising Aktif Bank on the US$118m first sukuk ever listed on the Global Exchange Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.

Advising Banca IMI on the update of Banca Sella SpA's €1bn EMTN Programme and on the issue thereunder of the €100m Subordinated Tier 2 Notes due 2027.

Advising Calik Holding on the establishment of the €240m note issuance programme and the listing on the Global Exchange Market (GEM) of the Irish Stock Exchange.
