Having joined Hogan Lovells in January 2016, Annalisa worked for 12 years in the capital markets departments of two major leading international firms. Annalisa's practice focuses on debt capital markets and structured products transactions. She is a counsel in the Debt Capital Markets Department at the Rome office of Hogan Lovells and advises Italian and international banks, financial institutions and companies on the structuring of a large number of transactions which span from the issue of plain vanilla bonds to more structured finance products and products for retail customers.

She is well known by the Italian market players and has strong relationships with them. Annalisa is qualified in Italy and admitted to the Rome Bar. In 2011, Annalisa received the award as “Best Lawyer of the Year under 35” by Top Legal, Italy’s specialist legal publication and website magazine.
