Annalisa is a counsel in the Debt Capital Markets department at the Rome office of Hogan Lovells.
Annalisa's practice focuses on debt capital markets and structured products transactions and she regularly advises Italian and international banks, financial institutions and companies on the structuring of a large number of transactions which span from the issue of plain vanilla bonds to more structured finance products and products for retail customers. Annalisa's experience includes establishment and updates of financial instrument issuance programmes (including EMTN programmes) and stand-alone issues, even on the Italian retail market, as well as the related management of relationships with Italian and European supervisory authorities and stock exchanges.
Before joining Hogan Lovells in January 2016, Annalisa worked for 12 years in the capital markets departments of Simmons & Simmons and Clifford Chance.
