As an associate in Hogan Lovells, Anna Wisniewska participates in various transactions related to real estate, including asset and share acquisitions and joint venture deals. Anna has extensive experience in the drafting and negotiating of lease agreements and property management agreements related to office, retail and warehouse real estate markets. She has advised one of the largest warehouse developers in the Polish market regarding lease agreements and transactions involving investors and funds. Anna is also responsible for providing business advice to Polish and foreign investment funds, in particular involving current investments in and operation of the shopping centres and office buildings. Anna works with fashion retail chains on a daily basis and supports their relations with the landlords. She has participated in numerous negotiations connected with the acquisition of properties, commercial leases and the sale of buildings both during their construction phase and finished development (also forward funding, build to suit and buy and lease back).

In her practice, Anna has worked for institutional and private investors, Polish and foreign developers, banks, landlords, and tenants. Anna has been engaged in numerous due diligence, project finance and litigation projects. Her experience covers legal issues related to the investment process, including the drafting and negotiation of development management contracts, building contracts and providing advice on administrative procedure. Anna is an advocate and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

Advising foreign investment fund on several development investments in Poland including acquisitions of real estates, negotiations of the development agreements.
