Anna Szynkiewicz

Anna provides clients with a general legal service concerning the transactions they conclude, as well as drawing up contracts and participating in negotiations. She represents lessors and lessees in concluding lease contracts of office and commercial areas. Anna started working in the real estate department in 2007. She has a wealth of transactional experience in the real estate market, as well as in the areas of civil and commercial law.

She has worked on projects concerning due diligence audits encompassing the legal aspects of real estates connected with the sale or acquisition of real estates and SPVs, and preparing for the needs of the insurance of real estate legal titles and the banks financing such transactions.In addition, Anna also has experience in providing advice on all aspects connected with the takeovers of real estates by the State Treasury or local authorities after World War II, and the reprivatisation claims concerning the return of real estates.
