Anna M. Kelly
Anna Kelly’s practice focuses on governmental and internal corporate investigations. Her experience includes representing clients in connection with investigations by the Department of Justice, advising clients regarding internal compliance with federal laws and regulations, and conducting complex civil litigation on behalf of clients engaged in federal qui tam actions. Anna is skilled in the areas of complex case management, e-discovery, and client communication.
Anna additionally maintains an active pro bono practice. She is engaged in a broad range of pro bono matters including immigration, capital punishment, and efforts to uphold reasonable gun regulations. As the lead associate, Anna has successfully obtained legal permanent residency for abused and neglected children in the District of Columbia and Virginia. Anna also drafts amicus briefs on behalf of firm pro bono clients in state, federal, and the Supreme Court.
At the University of Virginia School of Law, Anna was a Dillard Fellow in the legal research and writing program and served as an editorial board member on the Virginia Journal of International Law.
