SABMiller on its US$5bn acquisition of Miller Brewing Company and on its US$7.8bn acquisition of Bavaria SA, the largest brewer in Latin America.

Advising Granada on its £5.5b merger with Carlton Communications to form ITV plc, the largest UK commercial broadcaster.

Advising ITV on acquisition of further stake in GMTV.

The acquisition of Sky's interest in Granada Sky Broadcasting, and the launch of ITV3.
