Andrew J. McCormick

Andrew McCormick advises on public company matters, capital markets transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He has experience in an array of industries, with a particular focus on mining and natural resources.

Andrew routinely contributes to the firm's pro bono practice, advising on micro-lending transactions, voting, and women's rights matters. He also frequently advises a Denver-based community center.

He was a guest lecturer on capital markets transactions at the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law, and regularly presents to investment banks and private equity funds on M&A topics.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked in the London office of another leading global law firm, advising on securities matters with a particular focus on buyout and refinancing transactions. He completed joint degrees at Columbia Law School and the London School of Economics.
