Dr. Andreas Eichler, LL.M. (UC Davis)
As a senior associate in our Munich Real Estate Team, Andreas Eichler has extensive experience in advising clients in all real estate related matters. Andreas provides his clients with pragmatic solutions in commercial tenancy law as well as in complex real estate transactions. Alongside from international / national funds and institutional investors, Andreas also advises non-property companies, logistic companies and project developers in public and private building law matters as well as in all matters that may arise during the life cycle of a real property (e.g. facility/property/asset management agreements).
Andreas studied at the University of Mannheim and served his legal trainee-ship (Rechtsreferendariat) at the Munich Court of Appeals. During his legal trainee-ship and prior to joining Hogan Lovells he was working for an international law firm and a medium sized law firm in Munich in the area of real estate, litigation and corporate law. In parallel with his work Andreas completed a post-graduate study at the University of California (Davis) with a 'Master of Laws' degree in 2013 and a post-graduate study at the International Real Estate Business School (Regensburg) / CoreNet Global with a 'Master of Corporate Real Estate' degree in 2016. In 2012 Andreas obtained a Ph.D. from the University of Augsburg.
