She has been engaged in the configuration of innovative tax structures which can be applied in numerous industry sectors and which are compliant with both Spanish and European regulations. These structures have offered Andrea the opportunity to expand her experience on corporate tax matters, indirect taxation, international taxation, European Union tax legislation and aspects of the transactions such as drafting of agreements, and the understanding of financial models. Andrea has implemented these structures in connection with vessels, films and research and development projects. Andrea also has a solid background advising on all tax-related aspects of real estate transactions including acquisitions of shopping centers, sale and purchase of land for real estate developments, and restructuring processes of real estate companies. In addition, Andrea has considerable experience in indirect taxation linked to international commercial transactions, which has continue to grow by advising in restructuring deals for retail companies.
