Ana Gutierrez, a preeminent public lands, environmental, and natural resources lawyer, assists clients with permitting, compliance, and litigation-related matters. Ana is committed to meaningful, effective engagement with a variety of stakeholders to advance important energy, infrastructure, natural resources, and other development projects.
She analyzes, comments on, and contests state and federal regulatory issues affecting project development and operational compliance.
