As an associate in the London office, Amy focuses on regulatory work within the commercial law practice area. Amy advises companies in the consumer, food, pharmaceutical and medical device sectors on regulatory compliance at both UK and EU level. Amy also has experience of drafting and reviewing commercial agreements. She was seconded to Hogan Lovells Brussels to gain experience in EU and national regulatory law governing pharmaceuticals and medical devices, as well as related EU data protection law and regulation.
Her experience includes advising on a wide range of regulatory and procedural issues concerning marketing authorization procedures, pharmacovigilance obligations, and content and use of promotional and marketing materials related to medicinal products. Amy also has experience in the classification of medical devices, the disclosure of clinical trial data, and preparation of clinical trial agreements.
