Allison Netto represents clients at the forefront of the world's fastest growing industries. From leading healthcare providers to media powerhouses to venture capitalists, she advises companies on a wide range of business and corporate matters. Her public and private company transactional and capital markets experience enables her to assist clients in managing risk and exploiting commercial opportunities.
Additionally, Allison brings a high level of energy, adaptability, and business acumen to her practice. After obtaining her bachelor's degree, she moved to New York City and worked in advertising sales, followed by a five-year tenure at Lehman Brothers, where she concentrated on expense management and corporate governance project management.
To achieve a well-rounded law school experience, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jack B. Weinstein in the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of New York, was the de novo editor of the Cardozo Law Review, and completed her clinical work representing customers in securities arbitrations before FINRA.
