Marie advises clients on a range of environmental compliance counseling and government enforcement matters, as well as environmental aspects of transactions. Her experience includes counseling transportation and logistics sector clients on impacts of state and federal laws and regulations on their business operations. In addition, Marie has advised clients in the consumer products space on compliance and government enforcement matters under numerous state and federal environmental statutes.
Marie graduated cum laude from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she worked in the Blum Legal Clinic’s Environmental Advocacy Center, served as a certified mediator with the Center on Negotiation, and was as Associate Editor with the Journal of Law and Social Policy. Prior to law school, she worked in business development and marketing roles in professional services firms.
