Allan Leung

As a partner in the Commercial Litigation practice of Hogan Lovells in Hong Kong, Allan has over 25 years of experience dealing in a broad range of dispute work, including corporate commercial, financial services and regulatory, judicial review, environmental, product liability, cross-border contentious insolvency, fraud and asset recovery, and employment. 

He has held a number of public and professional offices including Chairman of the Hong Kong Law Society's Working Party on Civil Justice Reform (2000 - 2004). He also served as a Deputy Master of the Court of First Instance of the Hong Kong SAR, and is an accredited Mediator. He is also a member of the Law Reform Commission. 

He is widely recognised and named in a number of legal directories as an outstanding litigator. 

Allan is a contributing editor to the Hong Kong Civil Procedure published annually by Sweet & Maxwell and co-editor of Civil Litigation in Hong Kong also published by Sweet & Maxwell. Allan read law at Manchester University in England where he obtained the Dauntesey Prize in International Law. He is qualified to practice in Hong Kong, England and Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales and Singapore. 

Allan speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
