Alimaa Erdenebat

As an associate in our Corporate Practice Group, Alimaa Erdenebat focuses her practice at Hogan Lovells on corporate and transactional matters, including cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and commercial real estate.

Previously, Alimaa worked as a lawyer for a prominent law firm in Mongolia and as an in-house lawyer for a Mongolian commercial real estate company. Alimaa has extensive experience in advising both international and domestic clients.

Representative Experience

Advising a consortium of international banks and financial institutions on their proposed lending to a mining company in the amount of US$6bn.*

Advising an international financial institution in relation to an equity-to-debt restructuring of a Mongolian supermarket chain.

Advising international banks and financial institutions on a Mongolian mining company debt restructuring.

Advising a Malaysian bank on its Islamic financing facility to a local halal meat exporter.*

Advising a major European investment bank on enforcement of its security.*

Advising a multinational commodity trading house on its acquisition of several entities owning railway infrastructure.*
