Aditya Alam is a qualified Indonesian lawyer who has been practising in the banking industry for more than a decade. His past experience as the Head of Legal Corporate Banking at a prestigious global banking institution has sharpened and enriched his ability to provide legal advice that is legal and commercial. He possesses a strong finance background with a Master’s degree in general finance.
Aditya has been involved in various structured and complex transactions in the highly-regulated banking industry in Indonesia. He is skilled in banking and finance, banking dispute resolution, corporate law, corporate governance, compliance, debt capital markets, equity capital markets, loan restructuring and financial institutions.

Advising ANZ Indonesia in relation to a debt settlement agreement with its non-performing debtor.
Advising BNP Paribas, Singapore Branch in relation to amendments of the L/C facility agreement made available to an Indonesian group airline.
Acting as Indonesian counsel for a global financial institution in respect of a US$80m senior secured term facility granted to a global agriculture group.
Acting as Indonesian counsel for an international bank in HKD1,17bn financing facility granted to a listed property group in Hong Kong and its subsidiaries.
Acting as the Indonesian legal counsel for PT Bank ANZ Indonesia in the acquisition of certain businesses of ABN Amro, Jakarta Branch. *
