Alali Dagogo-Jack excels in motion practice. She has successfully drafted and argued motions to dismiss and for summary judgment and has obtained favorable Markman rulings, including in the Eastern District of Texas.

Alali focuses her practice on patent litigation in federal district courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and also participates in proceedings before the Patent Trademark and Appeals Board. Her patent litigation experience includes matters involving technologies such as telecommunications and semiconductor packaging.

Alali has wide-ranging experience in varying aspects of patent litigation, including fact and expert discovery, claim construction, pre-trial and discovery motions, dispositive motions, pleadings, and inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
