Advising Lower Silesia Service for Roads and Railway in a Ministry of Infrastructure and Development-supported pilot project to redevelop and maintain 300 km of roads.
Adriana Bronikowska has been active in building Public Sector and PPP/ Infrastructure knowledge in Poland since 2006 by taking part in legislation process as well as advising public entities and private partners in connection with infrastructural projects. Pioneer is an adjective which fits to her knowledge. She was co-author of first PPP analysis in Poland in the healthcare sector, prepared first tender documentations, including DBFO contracts relating to two sections of motorways in Poland and supported first and the most significant pilot PPP Project in Poland from the regional roads sector in Lower Silesia region.
Adriana develops and co-leads our PPP/ Infrastructure practice in Warsaw by supporting the majority of significant PPP/ Infrastructure projects in Poland (including the dormitories in Cracow projects, A2 corridor concessions, the management of the International Congress Centre in Katowice Project and Pendolino Project among others).
She provides day to day advice to the General Agency of National Roads and Motorways in relation to the concessions for the exploitation of A2 motorway (Section I and Section II). She also provides for CUTP day-to- day advice in the most complicated legal issues that require knowledgeable legal support in the transportation projects from road, maritime, aviation and railway sectors. Representing both public and private clients gives Adriana the broad perspective in respect to the Infrastructure projects and enables the effective and bold support. Adriana Bronikowska has authored numerous publications regarding construction and infrastructure projects in Poland, including PPP. She frequently speaks at conferences and trainings.
