Lamis Adam focuses on transactional work, including local and cross-border finance transactions with a focus on emerging markets, and advises both borrowers and lenders in a variety of sectors.  

Her experience includes advising on structured trade financings, such as pre-export finance facilities, borrowing base facilities and post-shipment advance facilities. She also has experience advising on syndicated loans and repurchase transactions.
