Abie Phooko

Abie Phooko focuses on employment law. He represents employers and employees at the Commission for Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration, bargaining councils and disciplinary enquiries in various proceedings ranging from unfair dismissals to unfair labour practices.

In addition, Abie represents employers and employees at the Labour Courts in various proceedings including review applications, applications for rescissions, contempt of court, automatically unfair dismissals and running trials.
