Indra has extensive experience in shipping and infrastructure. 

Having previously worked in the shipping industry, Indra has handled, among others,  vessel sales and purchase, shipbuilding, chartering, licensing, mortgages, insurance (P&I, H&M, war risk, marine cargo insurance), shipping operations, documentation and cargo claim issues. 

In infrastructure, Indra has advised a number of state owned enterprises over the lifeline of several projects.

On shipping related matters, he has also advised on connecting carrier, slot exchange and slot purchase agreements, terminal service agreements, and negotiated arrangements with shipping agencies, ship managers and stevedoring companies.

During the lifeline of his practice, he has also advised on legal issues related to other transportation industries covering transportation through air, road, railways and transportation performed by freight forwarders or multimodal transport operators.

On infrastructure, Indra would be able to provide a full range of legal services starting from the structuring of the project, preparation of tender process and related documentation and advising on legal issues arising during implementation and after completion of the project.
