Amy Dunn

With a great knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 she has many years' experience of commercial lease renewals, acting for both landlords and tenants, especially in the retail sector. Few in the market have quite the same degree of hands on experience in this area as Amy does.

Amy also assists with other aspects of property litigation, including terminal dilapidations claims and debt recovery matters (including insolvency procedures where appropriate) as well as break options and conditions.

Amy is a published author in the legal press and a member of the Property Litigation Association.
