Drew D. Cook

Drew Cook helps clients handle a broad range of corporate, transactional, and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, licensing transactions, collaborations, and corporate governance matters. He has represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of assets and securities, mergers, and other business combinations.

As a member of the Life Sciences Industry Sector Team, a multidisciplinary team focused on providing a full spectrum of legal services to clients involved in the life sciences industry, Drew represents life sciences companies at all stages of maturity. He has also represented both private and public companies, including clients in the chemicals, data privacy, and energy industries, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, as well as universities and established pharmaceutical companies in a variety of licensing and partnering transactions.

In addition to advising on transactional matters, Drew provides corporate governance, securities, and compliance advice to public and private companies.

While in law school, Drew was a member of the Harvard Business Law Review and a summer associate at Hogan Lovells.
